CANCELLATION, DEPOSIT & LATE POLICY At ClawedByCortt, a $10 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be refunded. • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. • Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. • If you know you will be late, please contact me as soon as possible. Accommodations for late arrivals are at my discretion and may result in a shortened service to avoid affecting other appointments. • No-shows (failing to attend an appointment without notice) will forfeit their deposit and be charged a 10% no-show fee based on the scheduled service total. • Any outstanding no-show fees must be paid before booking a future appointment. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
